BACON AND CHEESE SAVOURIES

4 to 6 rashers bacon
1 onion, finely chopped
1 cup grated cheese
2 puff pastry sheets
1 beaten egg
salt and pepper
Mix bacon, onion, cheese, egg, salt and pepper. Halve mixture and place on a pastry sheet about 2 1/2 inches from the edge. Roll the pastry like swiss roll. Cut into 1 inch pieces. Place on a greased tray cut side up and brush with milk. Place in a hot oven (450*) for about 10-15 minutes.
