Blue Cheese Fondue

1 lb. swiss cheese
1/4 lb. blue cheese
1/4 lb. cheddar
1 cup sauterne (a kind of wine)(needed to help the cheese melt properly but no taste to the dip)
3 tbsp Kirsch (optional) (didn't use this b/c we couldn't find it on short notice)
Heat wine in saucepan until bubbles begin to rise (do not let boil).
Gradually add cheese, stirring constantly (keep heat med-low).
Transfer to fondue pot when completed.
