    Aunt Saunny

    12 ounces cream cheese
    1 cup confectioners sugar, unsifted
    1 cup sour cream
    1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    2 teaspoons almond extract
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    2 tablespoons cognac (optional)

    With an electric mixer, cream the cheese until soft and smooth. Add the confectioners' sugar and beat until well blended. Add the sour cream and the rest of the ingredients.

    Blend just until well combined. Place in a serving bowl. Cover and chill several hours before serving.

    Just before serving, place the bowl in the center of a large platter. Surround the bowl with a variety of fresh fruits such as: banana slices, strawberries, cherries, honeydew balls, melon balls, cantalope balls, grapes, pineapple chunks, and apple slices.
