Hot Clam Dip

16 oz cream cheese, softened
6 1/2 oz can minced clams, undrained
1 ts creole seasoning
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
juice of 1 lemon
paprika
Combine all ingredients except paprika in a medium saucepan; cook over
low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth. Pile into
hollowed out bread boule and Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375F for 15
min or until bubbly and bread is hot. Serve warm with crackers
Yield about 2 1/2 c dip
