it is 12 cloves of garlic ( or 3tbsp of minced garlic)
1 cube butter
1 8 oz brick of cream cheese
1 can of artichokes. ( the kind in a can not marinated)
1 bunch of green onions chopped fine
16 oz of brie
1 cup of grated cheese
2 tbsp parmeasan cheese ( for flavor)
1 cup sour cream
Melt the butter and toss the garlic, green onions and artichokes in a saute pan and saute for about 5 min .. don't brown, keep the heat low ..cut up the brie and the cream cheese add to the pan with the sauteing ingredients
just long enough to mix the cheeses and veggies together. add the grated cheese and after it melts a bit add the sour cream and mix all together really well.
Slice off the top of the sourdough round. hollow out the sourdough french bread fill the cavity with all of the cheese mixture. place the top of bread back on the loaf. wrap the loaf with 2 layers of aluminium foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. turn about 180 degrees after about 30 min in case your oven doesn't heat evenly..
Cut up the bread you removed to use with the dip and chop up another loaf of sourdough bread into 1 inch chunks. serve warm.
