Oven-Baked crab dip

16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 C mayonaise
1 TB powdered sugar
1 TB Chablis or other dry white wine
1/2 ts onion juice
1/2 ts prepared mustard
1/4 ts garlic salt
1/4 ts salt
6 oz crabmeat, drained and flaked
Chopped fresh parsley
Combine first 8 ingredients; mix well. Gently stir in crabmeat. Spoon
mixture into a bread bowl. Bake at 375F for 20 min or until hot allt
he way through. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve warm with crackers.
Yield: about 2 3/4 c dip
