    1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
    3/4 cup finely chopped onion
    2 cups mayonnaise

    Mix ingredients in small casserole and
    bake at 350º until hot, bubbling and
    puffed up.

    Serve with salted crackers for the very best taste.
