Sausage Broccoli Cheese Dip

1 pkg. Sausage Links, diced
24 oz. (1 ½ lbs.) Pasteurized Cheese
1 10 oz. package broccoli, defrosted and drained
thoroughly
½ cup milk
¼ tsp. garlic salt
Cut cheese into chuncks and in a 3-quart microwaveable dish. Add garlic salt, milk, drained broccoli and sausage. Cover with paper towel and microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stir. Microwave an additional 4-5 minutes or until cheese is melted and dip is bubbly and hot. Serve hot with chips, assorted bread chunks or crackers. Yields 4 cups.
