Sausage Cheese Balls, Texas Style

3 C of biscuit mix
1 lb uncooked sausage
16 oz shredded pepper jack cheese
1 C frozen chopped spinach
1/2 C Parmesan cheese
1 tsp crushed rosemary
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 C finely chopped onions
1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
Enough milk to make mixture moist but not wet
Mix all ingredients well. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on baking pan. Cook at 350F degrees until golden brown.
