    Sweet Red Pepper Dip

    Aunt Saunny

    1 cup sour cream
    2-3 oz pkgs. cream cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

    Cut peppers in half lengthwise, remove stem and seed. Place peppers, cut side down, in a 8" X 8" baking dish. Cover and microwave on high for 8 to 10 minutes, or until tender. Put peppers in cold water and remove skins. Combine peppers and remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Refrigerate 12 hours before serving. Serve with bagel chips or vegetables.
