Slow Cooker Bacon and Cheese Dip

2 pkg. cream cheese, softened and cut into cubes (8 oz each)
4 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
1 cup half and half
2 T. mustard
1 T. chopped onion
2 t. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. hot pepper sauce
1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
Combine cream cheese, Colby Jack cheese, half and half, mustard, onion,
Worcestershire, salt and pepper sauce in a slow cooker. Cover and ook on low for 1
hour, stirring occasionally, or until cheese melts. Stir in bacon; adjust
seasonings as desired. Serve with crust bread or fruit and vegetable dippers.
Makes about 1 quart.
