Ingredients
2 lbs. fish fillets
1 Tbsp. salt
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 stick margarine
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 350°.
2. Arrange fillets in prepared pan.
3. Brush both sides of fish with margarine. Sprinkle with salt and lemon pepper. Pour lemon juice and Worcestershire Sauce over top. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
4. Baste occasionally.
Yield: Two servings; you can double or even triple the recipe
