    Aunt Saunny

    1/2 c. prepared mustard
    1/4 c. Louisiana hot sauce
    Cornmeal
    Cooking oil

    Mix mustard and hot sauce. Dip fish in mixture then roll in cornmeal. Deep fry to a golden brown.
