    Baked Halibut with Basil

    Aunt Saunny

    Paint each halibut steak or filet with real mayonnaise,
    cover with fresh basil and sprinkle with an ample amount
    of fresh lemon. Salt and pepper if desired. Seal each
    steak in a foil packet and bake at 350F for about 20
    minutes or until done. Don't overcook.
