    List of Ingredients

    3 tablespoons chopped onion
    3 tablespoons chopped green pepper
    1/3 cup butter
    1/3 cup flour
    3 cups milk
    10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    12 ounces tuna, drained and flaked
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    Dough
    2 C. biscuit/baking mix
    1/2 C. milk
    1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 C. fresh minced parsley
    1 egg
    2 t. water

    Recipe

    Heat oven to 400°F. In saucepan, saute onion and green pepper in butter. Blend in flour till smooth. Gradually stir in milk; bring to boil over med. heat. Cook and stir for 2 min. Remove from heat, stir in soup, tuna, lemon juice and salt. Pour into ungreased 13x9" baking dish.

    Dough:
    Combine biscuit mix and milk until blended. On floured surface, roll dough to a 12x9" rectangle. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Roll up, jelly roll style, starting with long side. Cut into 1" slices; place over tuna mixture. Beat egg and water; brush over swirls. Bake, uncovered, for 20-25 min. till top is lightly browned.
