Deep Fried Tuna Or Salmon Balls

2 cans Flaked Tuna or Salmon Approx 12-13 ounces--Drained
1 small pkg dried onion soup mix
Buttermilk enough for blending
1/2 cup prepared Fish Fry corn meal from seafood section plus 1/2
for
rolling balls in
1/4 cup flour
2 eggs beaten
1 jar pimentos
Prepare fryer or boiler with oil and heat to the fry stage
In a large bowl mix ingredients one at a time starting with 1/2 cup fish fry and flour and ending with buttermilk. Use enough Buttermilk to mix to hush puppy consistency only a little thicker. Role into balls and then rool each ball into more fish fry crumbs until coated well -drop into hot oil and cook as you would Hush puppies. Serve with your
favorite sauce or condiments
