    Aunt Saunny

    * 2 cups buttermilk baking mix, plus additional
    * 2/3 cup mayonnaise type salad dressing
    * 1/3 cup milk
    * 13 ounces canned tuna, drained and flaked
    * 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
    * 2 Tbs. sweet relish
    * 6 slices American cheese
    * 1 tomato, sliced

    Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine baking mix, 1/3 cup mayonnaise and milk in a bowl. Mix until a soft dough forms. Beat vigorously 30 seconds. Turn onto a work surface floured with additional baking mix. Knead 10 times. Pat
    into a 12x8 inch rectangle on a greased cookie sheet. Bake about 8 minutes, until light brown. Mix remaining 1/3 cup mayonnaise with tuna, celery and relish. Spread over hot rectangle. Top with cheese and tomato slices. Bake about 5
    minutes, until filling is hot and cheese is melted.
