List of Ingredients
7 cucumbers, sliced thinly
3 large onions, separated into rings
1 sweet pepper, cut into thin strips
Syrup:
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. mustard seed
Recipe
Stir syrup until sugar is completely dissolved. Pour liquid over the packed cucumbers, pepper and onion; put lid on and let sit for 4 hours. Then put into freezer. Be sure to allow room in jars for expansion. Good when thawed completely or when partially thawed and still icy.
