Wine Jelly

2 cups red Zinfandel wine
1 box fruit pectin (1 3/4 oz)
6 cups sugar
In a large stockpot, combine wine and pectin over medium high heat. Bring to a rolling boil. Add sugar. Stirring constantly, bring to a rolling boil again and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat; skim off foam. Slowly fill wine glasses 2/3 full. Seal with melted paraffin. Store in refrigerator. Makes 2 pints jelly.
