    BEER CAN CHICKEN WITH ONIONS

    List of Ingredients




    2 red onions, sliced
    2 tbs. + 1 tsp. spicy chicken seasoning
    1 can beer
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 fryer chicken

    Recipe



    HEAT GRILL. In blender combine 1/2 cup onion, 2 tbs. seasoning, 1 tbs. beer, and garlic, rub on chicken. Combine 1/2 cup beer and remaining onion and seasoning, set aside. Set chicken upright over beer can. Place on grill
    over pan.

    Cover and grill 1 hour 15 min. Drain, onion mixture and add to grill last 15 min. turning once. Let sit 5 min. REMOVE CAN FROM CHICKEN AND SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
    MAKES 4 SERVINGS.
