3 Cups Canned undrained tomatoes; cut into chunks
1/2 Cup Celery; minced
1/2 Teaspoon Dried oregano
1/4 Teaspoon Dried basil
1 Tablespoon Onion flakes; minced
1/2 Teaspoon Salt; to taste
2 Teaspoons Margarine
2 Teaspoons Sugar; or sugar sub
1 Dash Pepper
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cover and cook over medium-low heat until celery is tender, about 10 minutes. Stir frequently while cooking.
