Yield: 1-1/2 cups
1/3 cup paprika
1/3 cup salt
1/4 cup garlic powder
1/4 cup pepper
1/8 cup onion powder
2 Tbsp cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp oregano, crumbled
2 Tbsp thyme, crumbled
Combine all ingredients. Spoon into small jars with tight
fitting lids. Store in a cool dry area for up to 3 months
