2 Tbs dried basil
2 Tbs dried marjoram
2 Tbs dried oregano
2 Tbs dried coriander
2 Tbs dried thyme
2 Tbs dried rosemary
2 Tbs dried savory
1 tsp hot red pepper flakes
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Process for 30 seconds until finely ground. Transfer to a tightly sealed container, label, and date. Store in a cool dark place for up to 3 months.
