Bourbon Balls

2 lbs confectioner's sugar
1 stick of BUTTER (Do not substitute
1/3 cup bourbon
Add liquor to 1 lb of sugar. Cream butter with the other one. Ass liquor paste to the butter mixture & let set. Knead & make into balls, with a pecan in the center. Let these set before dipping. Dip in chocolate then refrigerate.
