    "Nana" to Bubbe & Alex

    1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
    1 1/2 cups each halved green and red grapes
    3 clementines, sectioned
    6 tbs. orange flavored liqueur
    1 pint eggnog ice cream or eggnog gelato

    Layer half the strawberries, grapes, and clementine sections in 6 parfait glasses in order listed. Repeat with remaining fruit. Pour 1 tbs. orange liqueur over fruit in each glass. Top with 2 small scoops of eggnog ice cream.
    GARNISH WITH 1 small star fruit (carambola). Makes 6 servings.*
