    Holiday Turkey Stuffing

    "Nana" to Bubbe & Alex

    3/4 cup margarine or butter
    1 cup finely chopped onion
    3/4 cup finely chopped celery
    1 (16-ounce) package herb-seasoned stuffing
    1 (27-ounce) jar NONE SUCH® Ready-to-Use Mincemeat
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 cup water
    Instructions
    In large skillet, melt margarine. Add onion and celery; cook
    until tender. Stir in stuffing, NONE SUCH® and seasonings. Add water;
    toss gently until mixture is moistened. Lightly stuff turkey just before
    roasting. Place any remaining stuffing in casserole and bake at 350°
    for 30 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers.
