Mocha Truffles

2 pkg.(12 oz. each) semisweet chocolate chips
1 pkg.(8 oz) cream chese, softened
3 TBS. instant coffee granules
2 tsp. water
1 lb. dark chocolate confectionery coating
Melt chocolate chips in double-boiler. Add cream cheese, coffee and water; mix well. Chill until firm enough to shape. Shape into 1-inch balls and put on waxed paper. Chill until firm. Melt coating and then dip mocha balls in coating and place on waxed paper to harden.
