    1 - 24 oz package vanilla-flavored candy coating
    10 peppermint candy canes, crushed (about 4 oz)

    Line a 15x10 inch jellyroll pan with wax paper; set aside. Place candy coating in top of double boiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until candy coating melts, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in crushed candy canes. Spread mixture thinly and evenly in prepared pan. Cool completely; break into pieces. Yield: 20 servings
