    Thanksgiving Bread

    1 1/2 c Flour
    4 ts Baking powder
    2 1/2 ts Salt
    1 ts Sage
    1 ts Thyme
    1 1/2 c Cornmeal
    1 1/2 c Chopped celery
    1 1/2 c Chopped onion
    1/4 c Chopped pimiento
    3 Eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c Milk
    1/3 c Melted margarine

    Sift together the first 6 ingredients. Add celery, onion, and pimento. Stir in eggs, milk and margarine; stir only until blended. Pour into 10 inch skillet and bake for 40 minutes at 400 degrees. To store this thanksgiving bread, wrap in foil and refrigerate.
