Valentine's Day Breakfast Heart Casserol

2 Tblsps Margarine, melted
1 cup Onion & garlic croutons
1 cup Plain croutons
1 cup Milk
1 ½ tsps Prepared mustard
1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
3 Eggs
5 Slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, or ½ cup ham cubes or cooked and
crumbled sausage*
Coat a heart shaped cake pan with vegetable spray. Place croutons in casserole and pour margarine over them. Sprinkle grated cheese over all. Mix milk, eggs, and mustard and pour over cheese. Sprinkle bacon, ham or sausage over all. Bake at 325 degrees F for 45 minutes. Allow casserole to stand for 15 minutes.
*If desired use two or all three meats.
