List of Ingredients
4 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1/2 stick unsalted butter
2 tbs. light corn syrup
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt

Recipe
SAUCE: In saucepan, combine first 3 ingredients, cook stirring until chocolate and butter are melted, 4 min. Add sugar and cream cook until sugar is dissolved. Bring to a boil, boil 8 min. without stirring. Remove pan from heat. Stir in vanilla and salt. Spoon hot sauce over ice cream. GARNISH WITH WHIPPED CREAM AND A MINT LEAF
