Mixed Berry Sherbet

2 cups sugar
1 cups water
4 cup berries
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
Dissolve the sugar in the water over gentle heat. When the sugar is
fully dissolved, bring to a boil and boil fast for 1 - 2 minutes. Do not
allow the syrup to turn color. Cool. Blend the berries and add the lemon
juice. Transfer to an ice cream making machine and follow the
manufacturer's instructions.
