    Orange zinger ice pops

    8 red zinger or other hibiscus-flavored tea bags
    1/2 cup superfine sugar
    3 cups boiling water
    1 cup pulp-free orange juice
    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    1 teaspoon orange extract

    1. Place the tea bags and sugar in a bowl or quart-size measuring
    cup. Add the water, and let steep 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
    ntil all the sugar has dissolved. Remove tea bags.

    2. Add orange juice, lemon juice, and orange extract; stir to blend.
    Pour into ice pop molds; freeze until solid, 4 to 6 hours.

    Note: Hibiscus tea and orange juice make these pops high in vitamin
    C. If you don't have orange extract, use an additional 2 teaspoons of
    fresh lemon juice instead.
