    Aunt Saunny

    1 jar Ragu pasta sauce
    1 can tomato paste (sometimes I use canned tomatoes)
    1 onion, chopped
    1 celery stalk, chopped
    1 carrot, grated
    9 oven ready lasagne noodles
    Mozzerella cheese, grated
    Cheddar cheese, grated
    Marble cheese, grated (optional)
    Parmesan cheese (the shaker kind)

    SPAGHETTI SAUCE: brown ground beef in large pot (I use a non-stick pot), drain off any grease. Add vegetables, cook until tender. Add pasta sauce and tomato paste. Heat through.

    In a 13x9" baking dish, spread 1/3 of the sauce, top with 3 lasagne noodles. Spread with cheese. Top with 1/3 of the sauce, 3 lasagne noodles, cheese, rest of sauce and more cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes until top is well browned. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. I serve this with my cesear salad.
