    Aunt Saunny

    1 lb. ground beef (or venison)
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can tomatoes, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
    1 tbsp. oregano
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 can mushrooms
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 bay leaves
    1 small box spaghetti noodlers

    Brown ground beef (venison does nicely also) and drain. Add onions
    and other ingredients except bay leaves and noodles. Turn to simmer
    and stir well, adding water as needed to thin. Place bay leaves on
    top and push them to the bottom with spoon. Cover and simmer. Cook
    and drain noodles.

    Note: Before leaving for church, remove bay leaves and pour sauce and
    noodles into crock pot. Stir well and chop noodles. At church plug up
    and turn on low to keep hot until lunch.
