Dead Cheese Pie

Kids love this! It uses up that old cheese you have in your refrigerator. It’s even great to take for lunch.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked spaghetti
2 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil
2 tablespoons dry parsley
½ cup chopped on ion
4 eggs
about 2 cups old cheese, crumbled or shredded
salt and pepper to taste
Heat butter or olive oil, sauté onions and parsley, let cool a bit. Beat eggs in a bowl and add some of the cheese. Mix everything together and spread into 9’ by 9’ pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into squares.
