Lemon Strawberry Flip

Prep Time - 5 Minutes Serves:
1 can (about 12 ounces) strawberry nectar, chilled
1 cup cubed, peeled papaya
½ cups lite evaporated skimmed milk
1 Sunkist lemon juice
1 Tbsp. honey
1 cup ice cubes (about 8 to 10)
To make one portion:
In blender, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth. Pour into four 8-ounce glasses. Garnish with lemon cartwheel slices and fresh mint, if desired.
