    State Fair Frozen Chocolate Bananas

    1/2 cup chopped peanuts or granola
    1/2 cup chocolate chips
    1 large banana

    Melt chocolate chips in a bowl in the microwave or in a small pan over low heat. Cut the banana into thirds and push a wooden stick into the end of each piece. Roll the banana in the melted chocolate or frost it with a knife. Roll in peanuts or granola and place on wax paper.
    Freeze.
    Wrap in foil to keep longer.
