    Easy Chicken Enchilladas

    12 Flour Tortillas
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 cup sour cream
    1 tuna size can of chicken
    1 small can green chiles
    1-2 cups sharp shredded chedder

    Mix soup, sour cream, chicken and chiles (break up chicken so its small ). Layer 6 flour tortillas in the bottom of 9x13 pan. Spread 1/2 of mixture on top, put 1/2 of
    shredded cheese on top of that. Repeat (2 layers total). Bake covered @ 350 for 20 minutes. Uncover, bake 10 minutes more. Serve with a simple lettuce, tomato and
    carrot salad with salsa for dressing
