    Sour Cream Enchiladas

    Aunt Saunny
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. vegetable oil
    6 corn tortillas
    1 can cr. of chicken soup
    1/3 soup can milk
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 c. diced onion
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese

    Preheat oven to 375. Brown ground beef. Heat
    vegetable oil in skillet. Warm tortillas a few seconds
    on each side; drain on paper towels. Combine soup,
    milk and sour cream in saucepan; heat, stirring
    constantly. Place 2 1/2 t. onion, 1/2 c. cheese, 3 t.
    ground beef and small amount sauce to each tortilla
    to make enchiladas. Place enchiladas in greased
    baking dish. Add remaining sauce. Bake for 20 to
    25 min.
