Mexican Beef Steak

1-1/2 pounds round steak, cubed
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon mustard
1 onion, chopped
1 beef bouillon cube, crushed
1 16-ounce can chopped tomatoes
1 16-ounce can kidney beans, drained
Hot cooked rice
In crock pot, combine round steak, salt, garlic powder, chili powder and mustard; mix well. Cover with onion, bouillon cube, tomatoes, and kidney beans. Cover; cook on Low for 8 hours. Stir well; serve over rice.
