    2 Tablespoons margarine
    1 onion-chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 16-oz. can whole kernel corn
    1 16-oz. can tomatoes
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup corn meal
    1 4.5-oz. can black olives
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 Tablespoon chili powder
    2 cups shredded cheese
    1/2 stick margarine


    Melt 2 Tablespoons of margarine in a skillet. Add onion and ground beef. Cook until the beef is lightly browned. Add tomatoes and corn (not drained). Add sour cream, corn meal, olives and seasonings. Stir until well mixed. Add 1/2 stick of margarine. Heat until margarine is melted. Sprinkle with cheese and cover. Simmer for 20 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes.
