Meatball stroganoff

1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 slice bread, crumbled
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 cup canned, sliced mushrooms, drained
3 tbsp. margarine
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. ketchup
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 cup beef bouillon
1 cup sour cream
Place 3 paper towels in bottom of a 2 quart rectangular dish. In a
medium bowl, mix ground beef,egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
Makes 50, 1-inch balls from mixture and place in a single layer on
paper towels. Cover with another towel. Microwave High, 3 minutes,
exchange places of most done meat balls with those least done.
Microwave High, 2-3 minutes. Place onions, mushrooms and margarine in
a 2-qt. casserole, cover, vent with plastic wrap. Microwave High 3
minutes. Add lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, ketchup, vinegar and
bouillon, stirring midway thru cooking. Microwave High 6 minutes.
Fold in sour cream, transfer meatballs to sauce mixture. Serve on
noodles or rice.
