    "Nana" to Bubbe & Alex

    1 8-oz. pkg. egg noodles
    2 T. butter
    1 16-oz. can sauerkraut
    1 12-oz. can corned beef
    1/2 C. Miracle Whip salad dressing
    2 C. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1 large tomato, sliced
    1/2 C. cracker crumbs
    1/4 tsp. caraway seeds
    2 T. butter

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    Cook noodles as directed on pkg. Place cooked noodles in a 12 X 9 cake
    pan. Toss noodles with butter. Spread sauerkraut over noodles, then
    cover with shredded corned beef, Miracle Whip, tomato, and Swiss
    cheese.
    Melt butter and toss with cracker crumbs and caraway seeds. Sprinkle
    crumb mixture over cheese. Bake until hot and bubbly, about 1 hour.
    Serves 6-8.
