Coconut Lemon Pie

1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
1/2 c butter, melted
3 large eggs, beaten
1 1/3 c sugar
4 tsps. lemon juice
1 1/2 flaked coconut
Combine butter, eggs and sugar, mixing well. Add lemon jiuce and
coconut. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees 40 to 45 minutes or
until a knive inserted just center comes out clean. Cool on rack. Makes 8
servings.
