Orange Coconut Pie

1 1/2 cups sugar
2/3 stick butter or margarine
3 eggs
1/4 cup orange juice
Grated rind of 1 orange
1 cup grated coconut
Unbaked pie shell
Cream sugar and butter together until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees until filling is firm, about 45 minutes.
