    Pastry
    2 1/2 cups flour
    1 cup lard
    water

    Filling
    1 medium sized pumpkin
    1/4 cup water
    3 egg
    2 cups milk
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp ground cloves

    Directions:


    Pastry
    1.. Mix together until it forms a fine grain mixture.
    2.. Add enough water so it will stick together and roll away from the side of the bowl.
    3.. Roll out one piecrust.

    Filling
    1.. Peel ½ of medium sized pumpkin and deseed it.
    2.. Cube raw pumpkin and boil in ¼ cup of water.
    3.. Boil until smooth.
    4.. Remove from heat.
    5.. Add 3 eggs, 2 cups of milk, ½ teaspoon of cinnamon and ¼ teaspoon ground cloves.
    6.. Hopefully makes 2 cups of pie filling.
    7.. Fill pie shell and bake in oven for 1 hour.
