    No Bake Cranberry Pie

    l l/4 c. cold milk
    2 pkgs. (3.4 oz) instant cheesecake pudding mix
    l/2 tsp grated lemon peel
    l container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping; thawed and divided
    l (6 oz) graham cracker pie crust
    l can (l6 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce, divided
    l/2 c. toasted chopped walnuts; divided

    Pour milk into a large bowl. Add pudding mixes and lemon peel. Beat with a wire whisk for l minute (mixture will be thick). Gently stir in half of the whipped topping. Spread half of the pudding mixture on bottom of crust. Spread half of cranberry sauce over pudding mixture in crust. Spinkle with half of the walnuts. Refrigerate 4 hours until set. Garnish with remaining cranberry sauce, whipped topping and walnuts.

    Serves 8
