EZ Pork Chop Supper

1 package of stuffing mix for pork
½ cup of hot water
1 TBSP. butter (softened)
1 can of mushroom soup
1 ½ can of milk
1 8oz. package of frozen broccoli
4 thick pork chops
Place 4 pork chops in 9x13 pan (season as desired with salt, pepper
and sage). Place frozen broccoli around chops. In a bowl mix
stuffing
mix, hot water and butter.Place over broccoli. Mix can of soup with
milk in bowl till blended. Pour over chops and stuffing. Cover pan
with foil. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
