PORK CHIP FRICASSEE

6 pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
prepared mustard
salt and pepper
flour
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1/2 soup can water
Spread each chop with mustard and season with salt and pepper. Flour
well. Brown each chop in pan in a small amount of oil. Put in casserole
pan and pour soup and water over chops. PUt in overn and bake at 325
degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. they can also be simmered until done on top
of stove.
